      <title>Spring Intramural Registration Now Open!</title>

We offer a structured program that is designed to provide quality soccer instruction and games to children who want to learn the basics of soccer in a fun, cooperative, non-threatening environment. We offer intramural programs for children of all ages.<br /><br />Pee Wees- ages 4 - 5 are Saturdays April 14- May 19 (Rain dates will extend the season up to June 9th if needed)<br /><br />Intramurals ages 6 - 12 practice 1x/week and play Sunday&rsquo;s April 15 - June 3rd (no sessions May 8th or May 27th) season will end with participation in the Marc Small Tournament on June 10th<br /><br />Intramurals ages 13 - 18 will participate in the Suburban Counties Soccer League with a varied 7 game schedule against other leagues within a 30-45 minute distance. Games are primarily on Saturdays April 14th - June 2nd.</div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; border-collapse: collapse; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 13px; "><br />Register before February 4th and receive a $10.00 discount on registration<br /><br />Register between February 4 - March 3 fee is $75.00<br /><br />All registrations past March 3rd will be $90.00<br /><br />Multi Child registrations - $15 when registering 2 children, $25 when registering 3 and $75 when registering 4 or more.<br />&nbsp;</div><p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 13px; ">Coach registration at time of child registration and receive a $15.00 Discount</span>&nbsp;</p>]]>

This is an 8 week training academy run by a professional trainer focused on soccer skill development. The training will take place indoors at Suburban Sports just off ridge pike in Conshohocken.</span><span style="display: none" id="1323879903579S">&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11px"><span style="font-family: Tahoma"><span style="color: #000000">This is open to all players (travel &amp; intramural) who are interested in developing their soccer skills in a fun atmosphere. The cost is $130 which is only $16 per session INDOORS.       <title>Congratulations U17 Lightning on Winning the Discover Cup</title>

        <![CDATA[<p><font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, sans-serif" size="2"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse;">The U17 Lightning made it to the finals by winning all three games in their bracket play.<br />The championship game ended in a tie and after two overtime periods was still tied and heading to PK's.<br />The Lightning finished the weekend by winning the tournament in PK's 4-2.<br />The weekend was a demonstration of hard work and dedication, playing almost five hours of soccer and only giving up one goal.  </span></font></p><p><font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, sans-serif" size="2">Congratulations to the Lightning!<br /></font></p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, sans-serif" size="2"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse;">The U-11 Bulldogs won their bracket of the Whitewater cup Classic<br />Tournament in the Poconos Columbus Day weekend.  In winning all 3 games<br />they played in, the Bulldogs beat two teams from New York and another<br />team from Dallas, PA.  This total team effort resulted in scoring 14<br />goals across the 3 games while only giving up one goal.  Congratulations<br />to the Bulldogs!<br /></span></font></p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]>

Small Scholarships.&nbsp;</span></p><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></div><div style="text-indent: -0.25in; margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1.25in"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Symbol">&middot;<span style="font: 7pt &rsquo;Times New Roman&rsquo;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Allison Scavello</span></div><div style="text-indent: -0.25in; margin: 0in 0in 0pt 1.25in"><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: Symbol">&middot;<span style="font: 7pt &rsquo;Times New Roman&rsquo;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Grant Diener</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12px">Allison and Grant were selected based on their applications, recommendations from their coaches and a personal reference.&nbsp;The club and Marc&rsquo;s family felt that Allison and Grant best demonstrated the traits of strength, bravery and character.&nbsp;These qualities were the foundations of Marc&rsquo;s persona and part of the reason we honor him today.</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in"><span style="font-size: 12px"><i>Marc J. Small was a Lower Providence resident.&nbsp;He played soccer throughout his youth for Methacton United Soccer Club and Methacton High School.&nbsp;Marc was a special Forces Medic serving in the United States Army in Afghanistan.</i></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in"><span style="font-size: 12px"><i>As evidence of his intelligence, commitment, and courage, Marc rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant, led his class in medical training and earned the elite &ldquo;Green Beret&rdquo;.&nbsp;Marc became a medic to care for his Army team as well as some of the poorest, most oppressed people on earth.&nbsp;Marc had only been in Afghanistan three weeks, but during that time he treated 40 patients a day, and built a relationship with the local people and children..</i></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in"><span style="font-size: 12px">&nbsp;</span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in"><span style="font-size: 12px"><i>On February 12, 2009 Marc was killed in action in service to a grateful nation.&nbsp;While his loss is very difficult for everyone who knew him; they know his heroism and sacrifice, like so many others, was in defense of freedom and liberty.</i></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The scholarships were presented last night at MHS Awards Night by Marc&rsquo;s sister Heather and friend John.&nbsp;The scholarship includes a $2,500 award to be used for their continued education.&nbsp;They received a plaque and their names are displayed on a perpetual plaque at the school.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Congratulations to Allison and Grant!&nbsp;We hope this award will inspire all Methacton soccer players continue to develop strength, bravery and character in the years ahead.</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Best wishes for a successful future,</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">William J.
