Our Fall Intramural season starts the weekend after Labor Day.

The goal of our Intramural program is to teach kids the game of soccer in a fun and relaxed setting.

Due to the construction that is about to begin at the Arcola school, we will be making more use of the Methacton elementary school fields for both practice and games this season. We will have more information on locations and the actual schedule as we get closer to the start of the season.

Pee Wee and U7 games will be played on Saturdays. All other age groups will normally play on Sundays, but because we will be preparing more fields this season, we anticipate offering a few Saturday games to the older groups to give our kids even more playing time than in past seasons.
 
By popular demand, there will be an end of the year tournament for the U8 through U15 age groups.

Players are grouped by the age they will be on  July 31, 2008

Pee Wee	Coed Ages 4 and 5
U7F	Girls Age 6
U7M	Boys Age 6
U8F	Girls Age 7
U8M	Boys Age 7
U10F	Girls Ages 8 to 9
U10M	Boys Ages 8 to 9
U12C	Coed Ages 10 to 11
U15C	Coed Ages 12 to 14

Registration Fees:
$75 for your 1st child
$60 for your 2nd 
$50 for your 3rd child. 
The Maximum Family fee is $185

Each player will receive a Complete MUSC Intramural Uniform and a Soccer Ball of a size appropriate to their age group.

Important: Players must wear shin pads
(which are not part of the provided uniform)
to all practices and games.
Players cannot participate without this basic safety equipment.

We need coaches - You do not have to have any experience.
We will run a coach's clinic for first time and low time coaches prior to the beginning of the season.
If you coach a team,
your first child's registration fee will be reduced!

The Methacton United Pee Wee Instructional Program
(ages 4 and 5)  
Will meet on Saturdays mornings between 9-12 at Redtail field.
Your child will be assigned to one of the listed one hour morning sessions.:
9-10  am
 10-11 am,
11 am-Noon.
 
The Methacton United Intramural Program
Will play on Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1 and 5pm at Redtail field and Methacton Elementary School Fields.. 

Your team's game time and location may vary each week.
A schedule will be published prior to the beginning of the season.

  Due to the number of children that participate in this program,
we can not honor special time or team requests.
Please appreciate how complex our task would be if we did.

Practices:
Once team assignments have been made, you will be contacted by your coach with your practice schedule..

The Pee Wee group does not have weekday practices.
